Scheduling Updates 🗓

Please be aware of upcoming clinician availability to plan ahead.

Lauren’s Availability
Starting the week of February 18, some families who currently see Lauren every other Wednesday at 4:00 PM or later will be switching to the opposite weeks. This change is due to a recent update in Lauren’s family schedule that began sooner than expected.

Lauren has already started reaching out directly to the families affected to help adjust schedules. We truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lauren will be on vacation from February 23–27 during her children’s winter break. During this time, she will be fully offline and unavailable for work-related communication.

For any questions or scheduling needs while she is away, please contact Bianca or Meaghann. They will be happy to help support you.

Scheduling Flexibility

We know school vacation week can affect family routines. If you’d like to adjust your appointment time, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Families who typically see Lauren and would like to continue services while she is away may schedule sessions with Bianca during this time. Let us know if you’re interested, and we’ll help find a time that works.

New Friday Availability

We opened two new spots on Friday at 12pm and 1pm with Bianca! If you are interested in booking please email [email protected].

Now Accepting NH Medicaid!

We are excited to share that we now accept NH Medicaid and can submit prior authorization for NH Healthy Families and Ambetter plans.

If you have one of these insurance plans, please let us know at [email protected].

New Family Workshop Series In Partnership with Amber Iller Of Sandbox Therapy: When Worry Shows Up At The Table

When Worry Shows Up At The Table is a 4-week series (ages 5+) that combines the skill of a feeding therapist plus the insight of a mental health counselor to help families who feel stuck supporting their child’s eating habits.

By the end of the series, you will have tools to help you understand why food worry shows up, and ways to support your child when worry shows up at the table.

🗓 March 5, 12, 19, 26 🕐 5:30-6:30pm

Valentines Day Bingo Activity

  • Print out this bingo card or use one you already have

  • Look for food options or objects that mirror shapes (heart, circle, square, etc.)

    • Examples: strawberries, watermelon, crackers, cookies, waffles, chips, blueberries, grapes, bread.

  • Mark the board to signify how many you found

  • While the goal isn’t to ask your child to try the different food options they may want to explore or continue the conversation about the foods color, texture, etc.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Family Spotlight

I underestimated how important the parent coaching piece would be. Watching Bianca’s laid back, low-pressure approach has been great modeling for me.
